Since 1986, Abdulla Al Arif Holding has grown from a single construction company into a family group spanning 28 companies, seven divisions, and more than six thousand people.
What began as a father’s vision has become a legacy carried forward by three generations, rooted in the same principles of discipline, integrity, and care.
At our core we are an Emirati family business.

Abdulla Abdulkarim Al Arif
Throughout the development process of Abdulla Al Arif Holding Group, impressively great initial resources were combined to match optimistic ambitions.
The beginning was exceptional and promising, enriched and supported since the first day of joining the family business after graduating in Business Management from the United States of America.
The group along with its family members took it upon their responsibility to achieve one main goal, which is to be at the top of the construction business, the foundation of which was laid by my father Mr. Abdulkarim Al Arif, a stern businessman who had the vision to flourish and grow a family-oriented business in the UAE.
Through hard work, dedication, and vast experience, Abdulla Al Arif Holding Group is among the leading and well-known business groups in the UAE market with the core values of a local family-owned business.
Getting the group where it is today took a long journey of 4 decades that was supported by huge efforts, but every stage of this journey formed a special milestone with unique achievements.
Today, AAAH Group is on the pathway of the vision in mind when we started 4 decades ago. This vision came to life due to our extensive experience in the business field, in addition to the support of my heirs and team members, who are the true partners and constant supporters of this success, their loyal efforts kept AAAH in a continuous state of progress and development.
The greatest gratitude goes to the Rulers of UAE because of the initiative and growth they brought to the country which was the main inspiration for us to drive more growth to the group, not to mention the superb infrastructure they constantly provided, offering investors countless opportunities.
Our journey is timeless, and our ambitions are without boundaries, we will never settle for one goal, instead we will strive to make more achievements and reach remarkable milestones in any business field we step in, combined with innovations.
